About Netherland Dwarfs

Netherland Dwarfs are one of the smallest breeds of rabbits and are well known for their compact size, cute pug noes, and the shortest and funnest ears you ever saw.  They are generally low maintenance, having neither long fur to brush, nor requiring a huge amount of space.  They can be moody, but for a well socialized Dwarf, this, in our opinion, only adds to their general like-ability.  :)  They make great pets, are generally good with children, and come with as varied personalities as your garden potatoes.  Netherlands are not always playful but seem to generally enjoy being held and hugged gently by their caretakers.

About Holland Lops

These little fur covered treasures are a joy to have around for pets.  They often remind us of puppy dogs in bunny style.  Being of a usually sweet temperament, yet still having occasional moods, they can make life interesting, and generally do well with children.  They are well known for their terribly cute lopped ears, and are understood to be the smallest of loped ear breeds.  They, like Netherlands, have the cutest pug noses and have a very luscious, thick coat of fur.  They enjoy plenty of exercise and freedom.  Too much freedom can make them independent.  ;)  They love attention when well socialized, and are playful and fun to hug.

Welcome to our backyard happy and hopping Netherland Dwarf & Holland Lop Rabbitry!  We live on a small farm near Shreve, OH that includes sheep, a horse, two lovable dogs, and the rabbitry! 

Our bunnies are fed healthy portions of quality Kalmbach rabbit feed every day with fresh water, and hay and oats for their GI health. 

All bunnies live in safe, clean structures, are handled gently from day to day and receive attention and care from day one.

 Our Holland Lop Rabbitry, was established in 2019 & 2020 by Pearl & Joanna Bauman. Any bunnies for sale will be listed on our available page, and usually all bunnies with pedigreed parents come with full pedigrees. Thank you for visiting our rabbitry online, and we hope you enjoy our website!
