Sales Policy

Price

The price of our rabbits varies and will depend on age, color, confirmation, and pedigree. Our price range is generally from $50-$300. One reason our rabbits are higher priced is because they are high quality. If you are looking for a cheap pet, you may not be able to find it here, as our goal is to produce the best quality of rabbits possible. We do not sell un-pedigreed rabbits, and for that reason, our rabbits are more valuable.

Health

The health of our rabbits is a top priority, and therefore we will not sell a sick rabbit. We will do health checks before selling a rabbit, and let the customer know if there are any future health concerns for the particular rabbit. However, we are not responsible for any future health issues once the rabbit has been sold.

Rabbit Kit

Our Dwarfs come with a bag of transition pelleted rabbit feed, birth certificate or pedigree, a care sheet explaining the basics, and "bunny language" sheet.

Reservation

A non-refundable deposit is needed to hold your rabbit. The remainder of your payment is due in cash the day you pick it up.  If a customer wishes to be refunded due to a mistake or failure on our part, we will gladly do so for them.  However, if they choose to back out of a sale, the down payment will remain non-refundable.  All reservation fees are to be done primarily through Venmo.  Reservation fees will depend on the pricing of the individual rabbit and are none-refundable.

Pedigrees

All of our Dwarfs are fully pedigreed & will carry the name "Leafy Nook" as part of their name. It cannot be dropped or changed into your name otherwise the pedigree will be considered void. You can name your rabbit anything you prefer but it must have "Leafy Nook" in front of its name on the pedigree. If the pedigree comes with a name already on it, it must stay but you may call the rabbit whatever you decide.

Pick-Up

Rabbit pickup is done at the rabbit's home only (our place). Bunnies are not available for pick up until they are at least 8 weeks of age. This is for the bunny's health and well-being.

We expect that the payment of the bunny(s) you are adopting be made in cash at pick-up.

General

All of our babies are raised and handled daily. However, we do not make any guarantees on show, breeding, future disqualifications, future faults, or temperaments. We do our best to determine the gender of our babies, but sometime it can be difficult to tell.

...reserves the right of first pick of all our stock. Not all bunnies born from our stock will be available for sale.
